Which DNS servers should I use ?
    - For Broadband DNS assignation in Siem Reap :
  118.103.160.60 Primary , 118.103.160.51 Secondary

- For Broadband DNS assignation in Phnom Penh :
  118.103.176.10 Primary , 118.103.176.54 Secondary
   
Note: WiFi customers , no need to configure DNS cause it is assigned dynamically

Which SMTP servers should I use ?
   
 

-For SMTP severs in Phnom Penh:
 smtp.clickmail.com.kh (Clickmail Accounts)
 smtppp1.clicknet.com.kh (Any email account)

-For SMTP servers in Siem Reap:
 mail.clicknet.com.kh

   Outlook Express or Microsoft Office Outlook
 

Start Outlook Express
 
1. Click the Start button.

2. Point to All Programs.

3. Click Outlook Express.
 
 
4. In Outlook Express, go to the Tools menu. Click on Accounts...
 
 
5. A box will appear. Click Add and select Mail.
 
 
6. Enter your name as you want it to appear on your emails and click Next.
 
 
7. Put in your email address, which consists of a user you set up in webmail and @clickmail.com.kh, and then click Next.
 
 
8. Set the server type as POP3.

9. For Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server enter (pop.clickmail.com.kh).

10. For Outgoing mail (SMTP) server enter (smtp.clickmail.com.kh)

11. Click on Next.
 
 
12. Enter your email address for the Account Name. Enter the password you set for this account.
       Note: Do NOT check the box "Log on using Secure Password Authentication".
 
 
13. Click Next and then click Finish. After you click Finish, you should see the following window.
 
 
14. Click Close.

15. Now, you're ready to send and receive mail.
 
 

Start Microsoft Office Outlook
 
1. Click the Start button.

2. Point to All Programs.

3. Click Microsoft Office => Microsoft Office Outlook.
 
 
4. In Outlook, go to the Tools menu and click on Email Accounts.
 
 
5. Select Add a new email account and then click Next.
 
 
6. Select POP3 and then click Next.
 
 
7. Enter your email information:
     Your Name: your name
     Email Address: the email address you registered with ClickMail (ex. user@clickmail.com.kh)
     Incoming Mail server (POP3): pop.clickmail.com.kh
     Outgoing Mail server (SMTP): smtp.clickmail.com.kh
     User Name: the email address used to log into the webmail interfac (ex. user@clickmail.com.kh)
     Password: the password for the email address
 
 
8. Click Ok. Click Next. Click Finish.
 
 
9. Now, you're ready to send and receive mail.
 
  D)
    For account Clickmail can attach file maximum 10 Mbytes.
 
E)
 
 
1. First time open your Wireless Network Connection

2. Right click on Wireless Network Connection icon and than click on “View Available Wireless Networks”
 
 
3. Select a Wireless Network with Name ClickNet_x ( x a decimal number) and Click on the "Connect button".
 
 
4. Open browser Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox Browser

5. Type URL: http://10.200.1.20/login
 
 
6. Type UserID and Password on your prepaid card
 
 
7. Click on the buttom “Login”

8. Now you're ready conntect Clicknet WiFi Network
