All submissions will be issued with a special ticket ID# which the user can use to track progress while the issue is being rectified by our engineers. The system is continuously monitored and all tickets once issued must be solved by our technical staff within a set timeframe depending on the nature of the problem. Any tickets that are still pending or unsolved will be escalated to higher management once the timeframe has exceeded.
